Hi, I'm Rishika, and I'm a marketing and product strategist. I have a multidisciplinary background in both Psychology and Business, which means I think a lot about why people do what they do (and how to build products and campaigns that actually connect because of it).

I'm passionate about turning audience insight into work that moves people, especially in the direct-to-consumer space. Whether it's a social campaign, a product experience, or a brand story, my approach always starts in the same place: the person on the other end.
